Welcoming everybody. And every currency.
We created a unique pop-up dining experience where guests could pay for delicious, curated lamb meals using whatever currency they had.
Over five nights, lamb-centric menus were crafted by Porteño’s Ben Milgate and Elvis Abrahanowicz, Cho Cho San’s Nic Wong, Bar Brośe’s Analiese Gregory, Nomad’s Jacqui Challinor and Paul Carmichael from Momofuku Seiōbo.
We collected over fifty currencies and raised over $17,000 for OzHarvest.
